I would like to acknowledge to everyone that this is a 5 star rating hotel. Lovely employees that actually make you feel comfortable and safe. They go above and beyond to make your stay there a great experience. Very clean rooms they smelled really fresh as soon as you walk in. The breakfast was delicious and well put together. I suggest stopping by and staying here.
The location and the employees are wonderful. Housekeeping is the best. The only thing I recommend is renovations. I've been coming here for years now and it looks the same. It's time for this wonderful home away from home to be updated. Other than that everything is wonderful.
Set back on a hill with trees around us felt quiet and safe. Nice clean pool. Very Nice breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Ok the hallway carpet needs replaced but rooms are updated and roomy. No complaints.
Front desk (Haley) was awesome. Room was very clean. Hotel tucked back a little in a pine thicket so very quiet. Older, but very well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Close to everything, interstate, etc.
We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We were recently displaced from our home for a few days and enjoyed our time here. The room was pristine. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. We will be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!
All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My girlfriend forgot her phone charger and Tashia let us borrow hers for the night. Breakfast was also great
Gorgeous addition to Cartersville, Georgia and in a perfect location to everything from the hospital to numerous restaurants and plenty of activities as well along with other sights too! One of my hometown favorites to visit when going back to a Georgia.
This was the best hotel that I have stayed at in Cartersville,Ga. The staff was so wonderful and caring. The GM Natalie was very friendly and welcoming. I have 0 complaints about my stay there. Great breakfast and very clean rooms. I highly recommend this hotel if you are needing a nights good rest and great environment.
